About the agreement

KJEJ Tech AB (reg. no. 559096-9886), Årstavägen 16, 120 52 Stockholm, Sweden ("BraKem", "we") provides web-based training courses via BraKem.se and kurs.brakem.se. These terms apply whether you order as an individual or on behalf of a company.

Prices and payment

Every product on BraKem.se is listed at a price excluding VAT. Your shopping cart shows the total price including VAT before you submit your order. Payment is made against an invoice after the order is placed.

The service

KJEJ Tech AB's training portal is a service for accessing web-based training courses. Purchased training licenses are valid for 12 months. Once a training license is assigned to a person and activated, it is valid for 6 months - if the training isn't completed within 6 months, the license is consumed. Once a license has been activated and assigned to a person, it cannot be reassigned to another person or another course.

Right of withdrawal

If you purchase as a consumer (a private individual), the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59) normally gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time of purchase.

Because our courses are delivered digitally immediately after your order is approved, we apply the exception in Chapter 2, Section 11 of that Act: the right of withdrawal ends early once delivery has started, provided you have expressly consented to this and confirmed that you understand you are thereby losing your right of withdrawal. You give this consent by ticking the withdrawal checkbox at checkout - without it we do not begin delivery.

The statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made in the course of business (companies). If you are dissatisfied with the service or believe the content is faulty, you are always welcome to contact our customer service, regardless of whether the right of withdrawal has been consumed.

Technical requirements

The service requires internet access. You are responsible for any costs arising from your use of an internet connection.

Responsibility

Access to purchased training material is granted only to the person who purchased it. You may not distribute the content to others in any way or share your account password. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when ordering is correct.

Delivery and service interruptions

Material purchased via BraKem.se is normally delivered within 6 hours. BraKem.se cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from errors or interruptions. Should faults or interruptions occur, BraKem.se shall be given the opportunity to correct them before this is considered a breach of contract. BraKem.se is also entitled, to a reasonable extent, to close the service for matters such as upgrades and maintenance.

Complaints and disputes

If you're unhappy, please contact our customer service first at info@brakem.se so we can try to resolve it together. If we can't reach an agreement, as a consumer you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, www.arn.se.

Governing law

Any dispute under these terms shall be settled under Swedish law in a Swedish court.

Copyright

It is prohibited to share, copy, or distribute BraKem.se's material without BraKem.se's written permission.
